Here at PT-ME in the park we want to provide you with the best service. If you believe joining us for your two workouts a week mixed in with your current lifestyle will be beneficial then head straight to the sign up page.
If however you want a benchmark to start from and want to know your current fitness and measurements then why not have a
PT-ME in the park trainer privide a one off initial assessment. Assessments are normally £40.
Assessments include;
