Sports Specific Training
 

As a part of my personal training diploma I am trained to help athletes in whatever background or sport, I can help prepare for competition or just generally improve performance.

It is all about periodization, the appropriate planning to get gains in certain areas to fit in with the original training schedule and seasons. On initial assessment it is in your best interest to bring with you your full season requirements along with off season dates, training schedules etc with original coaches and what you are currently performing. If there are any time trials etc for your sport that would be also good to bring along.

We will then have a talk so we can agree where my sports specific training will fit in, so it does not hinder performance as mentioned if you are involved with other coaches or a club I can easily call them to discuss or meet with the other professionals involved in your sports performance to make sure we can help you achieve your full potential
