Having a personal training diploma from Drummond education, I offer
One to One training for individuals with a vast array of goals. Everyone has their own ideals so after the initial assessment we can explore them and get you to your goals.
My training lessons with you can be
  • In your own home, you do not need any equipment
  • In one of my select gym locations suitable for you
Along with your exercise plan we will take into consideration your daily living to highlight if it will affect your achievements. If you are not confident enough on your own, personal training will help. There is also the option to train with a friend, ideally, if deciding this option, you should train with friends that are roughly at the same fitness level as yourself making the workouts most beneficial. Diet is a huge part of goals, for more detail on this please see the nutrition page. Having all these elements I strive to make your sessions enjoyable and effective giving you great value for money.
