Spending a couple years working in a gym in High Wycombe. I can utilise this facility, Nexus gym formerly known as Lifestyles gym is in the Sports centre on the Handy Cross roundabout. This is an ideal gym for most people as it is on the roundabout it has easy access for commuters from the M40 Junction 4/A404. Cressex industrial estate around the corner is again a great running route. Other great places like the Rye or the Hughenden Park gives us options for making workouts diverse. Amersham town is right next High Wycombe so if you can not make it to the gym there I can just as easily come to you as mentioned before.
