I can also offer group rates so you can just train Boxercise with a few friends as long as you can provide the space. Great for fitness and upper body toning also a great stress reliever.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a growing sport with more and more people wanting to train like a fighter or for MMA, I can offer specialised conditioning for MMA with pad work involving punching, elbows, knees and kicks, while also integrating fully functional exercises and drills to replicate the actions used and the workouts done, they are high intensity and highly effective!
